I know that motherhood can be both beautiful and exhausting, full of love and self-doubt all at once.
My work is to help you feel calmer, more confident, and more connected to yourself and your child, so you can experience motherhood with presence and self-kindness.
I’m a registered psychologist with more than eight years of experience supporting women through pregnancy, motherhood, and major life transitions.
Before working in private practice in Australia, I spent over five years overseas in clinical and community settings including general hospitals, NGOs, and paediatric palliative care. These experiences shaped my deep respect for emotional complexity, grief, and resilience.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies, with a special interest in CBT, Schema Therapy, DBT, and ACT.
I support women with:

- Postnatal depression
- Emotion regulation and assertiveness
- Grief, loss, and fertility challenges
- Relationship stress and adjustments after motherhood
